How do AYDINMAKSAN Branch Grinding Machines work?
After pruning, branches must be shredded before being used for composting and fertilisation. Shredders allow branches and leaves to be cut into small pieces so that they can be added to the compost heap or spread on the ground to prevent weeds from growing.

MDO-015A MOBILE BRANCH GRINDING MACHINE
Maximum 8 cm / Banana, Palm, etc. Specially manufactured for all branches up to 15 cm in length. With its practical manoeuvrability thanks to off-road tyres, powerful engine with low fuel consumption, and high-efficiency work capacity, it not only meets standard branch grinding needs but also facilitates the easy removal of branches containing high amounts of water (such as banana, palm, and various saplings) from the machine after grinding, thereby simplifying farmers’ work with its high-performance design.
TDO-700 TRACTOR-MOUNTED BRANCH SHREDDER
The tree shredder with a disc is designed to shred branches with a diameter of 13 cm into wood chips. Thanks to the hydraulic-driven feeding system, the speed can be adjusted according to the thickness of the branches to be shredded. Additionally, during the feeding of branches into the machine, the drive drum can rotate in either direction and has the ability to stop instantly, enabling maximum shredding capacity without straining your tractor. The ability to instantly stop the drive drum also provides an advantage in terms of workplace safety. The discharge chute can be rotated 360° to direct the chips in the correct direction. It can be folded during transport. Power is transmitted to the grinder from the tractor’s PTO shaft, and it operates with tractors of 45 hp and above. As an OPTIONAL feature, the TDO-700 NS (NO STRESS) model can increase the grinding diameter up to 17 cm using its automation-controlled hydraulic system, without increasing the workload on your tractor.
